Just a quick update to let you all know that we are moving our newsletter to our Squarespace site, so all future newsletters will come from our new Squarespace blog.

We can hardly believe it has been a year since we launched this newsletter, and a year in Italy waiting for a permits to come in. A lot has happened, and we are looking forward to launching this next phase, which will come with an opening date soon.
